This beautiful prayer written by Zen Buddhist monk Thich Nhat Hanh, is chanted by brother Phap Niem.
May the sound of this bell penetrate deep into the cosmos
Even in the darkest spots
Living beings are able to hear it clearly
So that all suffering in them cease
Understanding comes to their heart
And they transcend the path of sorrow and death.
The universal dharma door is already open
The sound of the rising tide is heard clearly
The miracle happens
A beautiful child appears in the heart of a lotus flower
One single drop of this compassionate water
Is enough to bring back the refreshing spring to our mountains and rivers.
Listening to the bell
I feel the afflictions in me begin to dissolve
My mind calm
My body relax
A smile is born on my lips
Following the sound of the bell
My breathe brings me back to the safe island of mindfulness
In the garden of my heart
The flowers of peace bloom beautifully.
Be transported to a place of serenity and hope with this exquisite prayer.

“You do not have to be good.
You do not have to walk on your knees
for a hundred miles through the desert, repenting.
You only have to let the soft animal of your body
love what it loves.
Tell me about despair, yours, and I will tell you mine.
Meanwhile the world goes on.
Meanwhile the sun and the clear pebbles of the rain
are moving across the landscapes,
over the prairies and the deep trees,
the mountains and the rivers.
Meanwhile the wild geese, high in the clean blue air,
are heading home again.
Whoever you are, no matter how lonely,
the world offers itself to your imagination,
calls to you like the wild geese, harsh and exciting –
over and over announcing your place
in the family of things.”
― Mary Oliver
I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total
obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it
to pass over me and through me. When it has gone
past, I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone, there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

Although the expression “I am burned out” is relatively current era, we all know what it means. Another one we are very familiar with is, “Burning the Candle at both Ends”, which probably comes from the poem by Edna St. Vincent Millay (1892–1950).
My candle burns at both ends;
It will not last the night;
But ah, my foes, and oh, my friends—
It gives a lovely light!
And like the poem, we are in great danger of not lasting “the night” if we continue on the pathway of destruction that we have followed for decades. This is not meant as fearmongering on my part, but a stark reality. And it is a reality that we experience all around us daily.
I don’t need to go through a litany of abuse that we perpetrate upon the planet, each other and ourselves. We know it already. We don’t need another investigation into corruption of our leaders, outrageous greed by the Banksters, or the utter insanity as we rape the planet that we live on. To be crude, we are shitting on our own frontier steps, and that is exactly what we are doing. And just like the story that Nero played the fiddle as Rome burned (myth or fact), we do whatever we can to ignore, deny or change the subject. But the only truth is that humanity is almost at the point of no return. It’s now or never. And the antidote is within our grasp. The antidote starts with disconnecting from the “Saviours”, “Gurus” and “Experts” and believing in ourselves that “We have the Power”, that “We are the Power”. So, what will it be? -The Warrior

The financial crisis of 2007 – 2008 was the biggest theft ever and most likely, if it had been any bigger, would have ended our civilization as we know it. The only thing that eclipses this crime in shear gob-smacking amazement, is the utter lack of outrage by the general public and American’s in particular. Staggering! The complacency that followed this is just beyond belief.
The crime was simple. Take a financial vehicle, a bond, that smelled like dog shit, that was as reliable as pond ice in July, that was wrapped in more toxic excrement and then class as Triple A, prime beef. An investors dream.
Then, when the shit literally hit the fan, when this noxious putrid hologram was exposed for its counterfeit vacuum, the governments (mainly the United States) did the only thing it could to cover up the crime. It took the publics money, the very people that had been screwed by the Banks in the first place and gave it to the criminals who knew exactly what they were doing.
The sad part is that if you don’t understand that you have had anal penetration like never before, that the whole system is a fraud and that your corrupt government colluded with the Banksters… well to be honest, you will never understand anything in the world we call reality. A great movie that explains this crime is “The Big Short” found on NetFlix. -The Warrior

Note: This article was posted several months ago. Most people do not realize that sex-slaves, prostitution sex-rings and child exploitation is not only real, but that it involves people at the highest level of government and society. We need to recognize that evil for what it is, wether it emanates from a Church and Religion, a Government or the Ruling Elite. It is a sickness that must be stopped. Pedophilia and prostitution is rampant within our governments. Here is the headline of The Washington Times printed on Thursday 29th June, 1989. Many do not know or remember this vast scandal that hit the Reagan/Bush administration. Some people were “suicided” and some disappeared. But the really amazing thing is that the government did nothing about it. Bush sr., who was fingered by some young “providers”, went on to become President, and his son continued the family tradition of “butt-blasting” when he “dated” male prostitute Jeff Gannon who stayed at the White (Pink) House regularly. -The Warrior
“This was the biggest pedophile scandal in the history of the U.S.A. The story received some newspaper coverage but there was a TV News Media blackout on the subject. For this reason, most Americans have never heard of it.
Former republican Senator John Decamp was involved in the production a documentary called “Conspiracy of Silence” it was to air May 3, 1994 on the Discovery Channel. This documentary exposed a network of religious leaders and Washington politicians who flew children to Washington D.C. for sex orgies. At the last minute before airing, unknown congressmen threatened the TV Cable industry with restrictive legislation if this documentary was aired.
“Jeff Gannon, … whose naked pictures have appeared on a number of gay escort sites, says that he has ‘regrets’ about his past but that White House officials knew nothing about his salacious activities.” –Jeff Gannon Admits Past Mistakes, Berates Critics, Washington Post, 2007.
Almost immediately, the rights to the documentary were purchased by unknown persons who had ordered all copies destroyed. A copy of this videotape was furnished anonymously to former Nebraska state senator and attorney John De Camp who made it available to retired F.B.I. chief, Ted L. Gunderson. While the video quality is not top grade, this tape is a blockbuster in what is revealed by the participants involved. You can purchase a VHS copy at this link. “Out of suffering have emerged the strongest souls; the most massive characters are seared with scars.”
Everywhere we look are the blaring messages concerning “Climate Change” and “Global Warming”. There are innumerable explanations, opinions and “facts” that firmly lay the blame at the feet of us, human society. It is our fault and now our responsibility.
Apparently we have to cut back on everything from gasoline consumption to how much toilet tissue we use. We have in many places elaborate re-cycling programs. Blue boxes, Green boxes and trash bins for the rest, much of which is never actually recycled. Many municipalities and governments wish to implement carbon taxes and some have started to do so.
“Premier Kathleen Wynne is pledging to unveil a carbon-pricing plan this spring as Ontario looks to ramp up its fight against global warming.” –The Globe and Mail, Wednesday, Jan. 14, 2015
We also have a multitude of eco-warriors from individuals to organizations such as Greenpeace all doing their damnedest to turn the tide of this catastrophe, or at least, this is the way it would appear on the surface. We even had the the movie and box office hit, “An Inconvenient Truth” staring United States Vice President, Al Gore. However, in 2007 a London Judge, Mr Justice Barton, stated that, “…nine significant errors in the film, some of which, he said, had arisen in “the context of alarmism and exaggeration”, according to an article in the Guardian Newspaper.
“Livestock and their byproducts account for at least 32,000 million tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) per year, or 51% of all worldwide greenhouse gas emissions.”
In fact the words used to describe Gore’s movie by the Competitive Enterprise Institute, in Washington, DC, are “One-sides, Misleading, Exaggerated, Speculative” and “Wrong”. They conclude by saying:
“Vice President Gore calls global warming a “moral issue,” but for him it is a moralizing issue—a license to castigate political adversaries and blame America first for everything from hurricanes to floods to wildfires to tick-borne disease…Nearly every significant statement that Vice President Gore makes regarding climate science and climate policy is either one sided, misleading, exaggerated, speculative, or wrong. In light of these numerous distortions, AIT is ill-suited to serve as a guide to climate science and climate policy for the American people.”
But what else should we expect from a politician of his calibre? Has any politician ever told the entire true? Somewhat doubtful. So the issue is not about “Global Warming” per se, but about pollution. If the Global Warming debate is complex and misleading, pollution is not. It is straight forward, or at least we would hope so. Even here, we have a massive imbalance of information, because we are constantly told that it is CO2 that is the main culprit and “we” are the ones responsible. “We” of course means the average citizen and tax payer, rather than any corporation or industry. However, this is a fallacy. Pollution from CO2 is an issue, but it is secondary to a much worst pollutant, that being methane.
“Methane is 25-100 times more destructive than CO2 on a 20 year time frame”
The movie “Cowspiracy” (found on Netflix) examines the massive impact on the environment that domesticated livestock has. This impact includes, not only methane emissions, but the gigantic amount of water consumed, along will feed, the land set aside to produce the feed and grow the crops, and most alarmingly, the unstoppable deforestation in places such as the Amazon used to graze more cattle. The estimates are that between one to two acres of rainforest are cleared every second.
This amazing and startling documentary clearly shows that the major issue is not the burning of fossil fuel, but the raising of domesticated livestock. Basically cow farts and all the environmental impact that goes along with this industry. And as usual, we will foot the bill as we are being mislead and lied to by governments and NGO’s alike.

-Le Pain Maudit
“The case of “Le Pain Maudit” (The Cursed Bread) was a scene out of “Alice in Wonderland” on Acid, literally. The local villagers thought that the bread had been doped with some kind of psychedelic mould. This bazaar scene all took place in 1951 in the quiet village of Pont-Saint-Esprit, southern France, which suddenly and inexplicably was struck down with mass insanity and hallucinations. Dozens of villagers were committed to asylums and hundreds were afflicted. In all five people died. Time magazine reported, ”Among the stricken, delirium rose: patients thrashed wildly on their beds, screaming that red flowers were blossoming from their bodies that their heads had turned to molten lead.’’ Scientists from the Sandoz Pharmaceutical Company tried to cover-up this story and misdirect the public with claims of toxic bread. They blamed this event on the local bakery and that the flour used was contaminated with ergot, a hallucinogenic mould. Another theory said the incident was as a result of mercury poisoning. However, as we know, Sandoz (the inventors of LSD) were also supplying the CIA with huge amounts of this drug.
The underlying truth started to emerge when investigative reporter Hank Albarelli Jr. began looking into the Frank Olsen case (murdered by the CIA), suspecting that the official story was wrong and that possibly there was a different explanation. As reported in the British newspaper The Telegraph: “Mr Albarelli came across CIA documents while investigating the suspicious suicide of Frank Olson… One note transcribes a conversation between a CIA agent and a Sandoz official who mentions the “secret of Pont-Saint-Esprit” and explains that it was not “at all” caused by mould but by diethylamide, the D in LSD… Mr Albarelli spoke to former colleagues of Mr Olson, two of whom told him that the Pont-Saint-Esprit incident was part of a mind control experiment run by the CIA and US army.” -by Henry Samuel in Paris, The Telegraph – 11 Mar 2010
Whether Karma or not, one can not miss the irony of this story. Here we have an investigation being carried out into the wrong-doings of the CIA by the Rockefeller Commission that published its findings on June 6, 1975. The chairman was none other than Nelson Rockefeller, US Vice-President. He was the son of John Davison Rockefeller Jr. So here we have a Commission, set up by President Gerald Ford, to investigate the federal intelligence agency known as the CIA. This is the very same agency that was illegally and criminally carrying out covert brain-washing and mind-control experiment, often against American citizens, and funded (directly or not) by the Rockefeller Foundation (or using its research data and facilities, such as universities) who again were sponsored by or funded by The Rockefeller’s. This could be a joke, but sadly not. Again a quote from the Telegraph: “Mr Albarelli said the real “smoking gun” was a White House document sent to members of the Rockefeller Commission… It contained the names of a number of French nationals who had been secretly employed by the CIA and made direct reference to the “Pont St. Esprit incident.” So let Mr. Albarelli have the last word:
“…To grossly summarize the long story told in my book, the outbreak at Pont St. Esprit had actually been produced by a top-secret, joint Army-CIA experiment conducted as part of the Project MK/NAOMI, an adjunct project to the CIA’s ultra-secret Projects Artichoke and MK/ULTRA… the very unit that Dr. Frank Olson directed, the Special Operations Division at Fort Detrick, oversaw the experiment in France.” -“CIA: What Really Happened in the quiet French village of Pont-Saint-Esprit” by Hank P. Albarelli Jr
Note: Sandoz is a generic drug subsidiary of Novartis, a multinational pharmaceutical company. The reported sales of Sandoz in 2007 were $7.2 billion US. Before the merger to form Novartis in 1996, Sandoz Laboratories was a Swiss pharmaceutical company best known for creating LSD by one of its scientists, Albert Hoffman in 1938. By 1949, LSD was marketed as a psychiatric drug under the trade name Delysid. Some of the other products that Sandoz has manufactured are Ritalin (methylphenidate), DDT and in January 2009, the United States Department of Health and Human Services awarded Novartis a $486 million contract for construction of the first U.S. plant to produce cell-based influenza vaccine.” -Taken from the book: “Mind, Mood and Mentality – A history of Mental abuse, psychiatric fraud and Big-Pharma control” by Paul A. Kidman
Many in the “Alternative” sector of society have issues with “Big Government”, “Big Industry” and especially with “Big Pharma”. If you are old enough you will remember the battle that raged throughout the 1990 when finally the US Government took the Tobacco Trust to court. Eventually they were prosecuted under the RICO act and found guilty of racketeering.
“On August 17, 2006 Judge Kessler issued a 1,683 page opinion holding the tobacco companies liable for violating RICO by fraudulently covering up the health risks associated with smoking and for marketing their products to children. “As set forth in these Final Proposed Findings of Fact, substantial evidence establishes that Defendants have engaged in and executed – and continue to engage in and execute – a massive 50-year scheme to defraud the public, including consumers of cigarettes, in violation of RICO.” Found at: http://publichealthlawcenter.org/topics/tobacco-control/tobacco-control-litigation/united-states-v-philip-morris-doj-lawsuit
So we really should not be surprised that cigarettes are a health hazard as the information linking them to cancer goes all the way back to the 1920s. But, how about other household ingredients? How about sugar?
In this amazing documentary sponsored in part by TVO and Rogers, there is overwhelming and damning evidence that Sugar is a death threat if taken to excess. And, unfortunately, sugar is everywhere often hidden under different names. This documentary is worth the watch and could save your life. Found on Netflix and elsewhere. The Warrior.
IS SUGAR THE NEW TOBACCO?
“How did the food industry get us to stop asking the question: is sugar toxic?
It all starts with a secret PR campaign dating back to the 1970s. For forty years, Big Sugar deflected all threats to its multi-billion dollar empire, while sweetening the world’s food supply. As obesity, diabetes, and heart disease rates skyrocket, doctors are now treating the first generation of children suffering from fatty liver disease. The sugar industry is once again under siege. They dodged the bullet once. Can they do it again?
Today, industry is deploying its old tactics and pulling out the old adage “we just eat too damn much.” This time consumers aren’t buying it. The critics have gotten smarter, bolder, and madder and science is catching up.
Pediatric endocrinologist, Dr. Robert Lustig thinks we’ve all been ‘frucked’ by industry. He’s evangelical, blaming sugar for a waiting room filled with obese kids with fatty livers. His flock of five million online followers grows daily. In the court of public opinion, he’s part of a leading group of experts who are putting sugar on trial.
But Japan’s not waiting for the verdict. For the first time in history, their children are burdened with lifestyle diseases that their parents never faced. To counter a health crisis that could sink their economy, Japan’s introduced a radical new law that takes aim at another ‘bottom line’: the girth of the nation’s waistlines.
Pulling back the curtain on the sugar-coated tactics of an industry once again under attack, this documentary will give you a chilling feeling of déjà vu. Today the industry is back sweetening the message. But this time, history comes knocking.
When the doors closed at the Great Western Sugar Company in Colorado in 1976, someone forgot to sweep the floor. Gathering dust in the archives were 1500 pages of internal documents exposing how the Sugar Industry used Tobacco-style tactics to dismiss troubling health claims against their products. Denver dentist turned postdoctoral scholar at the UCSF School of Medicine, Cristin Kearns, knew she’d stumbled on something big: the industry’s secret playbook. Her mentor, Stan Glantz, the superstar professor from San Francisco who brought down Big Tobacco warns, it’s going to get dirty.
While industry and science duke it out, are we sitting on a dietary time bomb?”
